Our name is Lumaris Studios! We are a veteran owned small business, aimed at building immersive video games.

What happens to your data?
Right now, we only collect your email address if you provide it when contacting us through our contact page. Additionally, we store calculation combinations that result in whole integers to help us understand how users interact with the art piece. This mathematical data is anonymous and not linked to your identity. We hang on to your contact info so that we can reach out if we need more information or to thank you for helping us make our site better.
Privacy is important to us. We would not want you sending our information to people without our permission (unless it was sharing our website with your friends - we welcome that!) We know how frustrating it is to feel like you have no control over who keeps your data, what they do with it, and who they share it with. It's for this reason that we pledge to never share or sell your private information with out your explicit permission.
You - and your data - have rights. We delete all data we have when we are finished addressing the problem you identified, unless further contact is required. You can also ask us to delete it, just use our contact form, and make the request, we will address it as soon as we see it. You can also request a report of your data at any time. We will provide it as soon as we are able to.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.
